[Bioc-sig-seq] On re-installing R/Bioconductor.

Ivan,
I don't know if there is an existing tool to do this, but you can 
construct one using the utils::available.packages to find out what 
packages are installed at CRAN and bioconductor and setdiff that against 
the packages you have installed in your library.
