[Bioc-sig-seq] Citing the Bioconductor

Hello Bioconductor hard workers,

Citing R is trivial with citation() but I'd like to recognise in
particular the Bioc people.

What is the best way to cite the Bioc effort without citing individual packages?

I can't find an answer in bioconductor.org.
