Dear BioC devel,

I committed changes to an R package in BioC, and forgot to add commit
message (-m option). Now pre-commit hook prevents any commits to this and
also other packages that I am authoring with the following error message:

Transmitting file data .........svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: 'pre-commit' hook failed with error output:
Please enter a commit message which details what has changed during this
commit.

I tried new checkouts, commits from another computer etc but I cannot get
the issue fixed, and commits to the packages that I maintain are now halted.
So far I have not found out how to remove the pre-commit hook to allow new
commits. Any tips?
