[Bioc-devel] extraChIPs Build Errors

Hi,

I'm getting some build errors for extraChIPs (
https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.23/bioc-LATEST/extraChIPs/nebbiolo1-checksrc.html)
which I can't recreate locally. Everything builds fine on the docker image
using RStudio and clicking check in the Build pane. The errors come from
the vignette building stage where I'm using knitr::include_graphics() to
insert an png so I suspect it's a path issue related to the current build
system.

The png file is
vignettes/differential_signal_sliding_files/figure-gfm/plot-density-pca-1.png
and it's being inserted using
knitr::include_graphics("differential_signal_sliding_files/figure-gfm/plot-density-pca-1.png").

Given that this has only appeared in the last week or two, without changes
to the package, is there a suggestion for how I should specify paths for
png files in the vignettes folder on the current BBS?
