Hi Rujin,
I'm reaching out because we've identified your Bioconductor package WGSmapp as having a source package greater than 100MB. WGSmapp is 196MB. As you may know Bioconductor is transitioning to R Universe for building packages, but it limits the size of source packages to 100MB. We must ask that you reduce the size of your package so that we may add it to R Universe. For many packages, moving data out to Zenodo, Dryad, or another suitable storage then downloading and caching it is a good strategy as described in https://bioconductor.org/packages//release/bioc/vignettes/HubPub/inst/doc/CreateAHubPackage.html.
We expect to transition to R Universe for the next release; however, we know this timeline is very tight as we only recently learned of this restriction. If you cannot make changes before the release, we will work with you to get it into R Universe after.
