[Bioc-devel] helping to maintain a package

Hello everyone,

I’m available to lend a hand in saving or  helping to maintain a package 
that’s in trouble or in the process of being deprecated.
Andres pointed me to this page 
https://bioconductor.org/developers/help_wanted/, which specifically 
mentions the VariantAnnotation package. The Rsamtools package might also 
need some help.

I am at the disposal of the group and can be reached at

I am currently maintaining the RbowtieCuda package.
