[Bioc-devel] permission for two annotation packages

Hi Bioc,

I am the maintainer of the following two packages but do not have the
permission to source control them:

IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2anno.20a1.hg38
IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2manifest

I just want to update the email address for these two packages since I
recently changed my affiliation.
