[Bioc-devel] Maintainer change for gemma.R

Hello,

I am the current maintainer of the bioconductor package gemma.R. We wanted
to change the maintainer to be Paul Pavlidis, (paul using msl.ubc.ca) the
principal investigator of the lab developing the package. The email should
already be the one associated with the package for git credentials.
