Dear all,
Registration is open for the Bioconductor Carpentry Workshops and hackathon taking place in Turku on 1-2 June 2026, just before EuroBioC2026.

  *   Orchestrating Microbiome Analysis workshop

This two-day workshop provides hands-on training in Microbiome data analysis using Bioconductor packages. This workshop charges a �100 registration fee and includes lunch and coffee breaks.
Instructors: Leo Lahti, Himel Mallick and Tuomas Borman, Thomaz Bastiaanssen, Anna Kaisanlahti, Giulio Benedetti

  *   Hackathon

This will be a Bioconductor-centric hackathon. The hackathon is free to attend.
You do not need to be attending EuroBioC2026 to take part in the workshop or hackathon.
