[Bioc-devel] PRONE Build Errors

Dear all,

my package PRONE, available on Bioconductor, is currently failing to build under Bioconductor versions 3.21 and 3.22 due to an incompatibility between ComplexUpset and ggplot2 (≥ 4.4.0). A related issue has already been reported here: krassowski/complex-upset#213 <https://github.com/krassowski/complex-upset/issues/213>.

I would appreciate advice on possible workarounds to ensure that PRONE remains accessible both in Bioconductor 3.21 and in the upcoming 3.22 release (October).
