[Bioc-devel] EuroBioC2025 Carpentry Workshops – Registration Open!

Dear all,

Registration is now open for the Bioconductor Carpentry Workshops taking place in Barcelona on 15�16 September 2025, just before EuroBioC2025.

These two-day workshops provide hands-on training in RNA-seq data analysis using Bioconductor packages:


  *   Bulk RNA-seq Analysis

Instructors: Estefania Mancini, Vasileios Panagiotis Lenis, Jacques Serizay


  *   Single-cell RNA-seq Analysis (new offering)

Instructors: Robert Iv�nek, Kevin Rue-Albrecht

Workshops are limited to 30 participants each. The fee is �120 and includes lunch and coffee breaks.
You do not need to be attending EuroBioC2025 to take part.
