[Bioc-devel] autonomics current release: to fix or not ?

We would appreciate the fix being pushed to release as that branch is specific to the version of R (4.4) and those users rather than R 4.5 that devel is associated with.  We don't allow pushes to frozen branches so past Monday March 31 the package would remain in that state forever more on the Bioconductor branches.

autonomics devel had the issue fixed (already months ago).
Is there a need to fix the issue in autonomics release?
Knowing that devel is becoming the new release soon.
