[Bioc-devel] EBSeq Installation Error – C++ Version Update

Hi,
it looks like the changes you mention were pushed to the devel branch in January, and indeed there are no errors in the devel build report at the moment. EBSeq is, however, failing in the release (3.20) builds (https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/EBSeq/), and no changes were pushed to this branch since the last release. Thus, I'm guessing that the notifications you are getting are from the release branch. To fix those, you need to push the fix also to the RELEASE_3_20 branch (see e.g. https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html#bug-fix-in-release-and-devel).
