Thank you for reaching out.   As the current maintainer of the package we can proceed with this request.  We would need the name, email and github id (if available) for the new maintainer to create the BiocCredentials account needed for Bioconductor maintenance.  After which we can change the configuration on our side and the new maintainer can activate their credential account.   After they have access they should update the DESCRIPITION of the package accordingly with a valid version bump.
