[Bioc-devel] Deprecate hiAnnotator

Hi,
I am reaching out to discuss possibility to flag this package as “archived” or deprecated. I don’t have time to support this package anymore and don’t think there are any active users who will benefit from this software given other advanced package now available on BioC.
