The person who developed the package was a postdoctoral fellow of
mine.
Her name is Anne-Maud Ferreira
her email is now: anne-maud.ferreira using epfedu.fr

I do not know whether she has an interest in continuing to maintain it,
If not I can look into what is amiss with the current conflicts, but I
would need
to have the permissions and instructions.
