Could you please share your sessionInfo() so we know what OS you are using. Also can you please show the full output including the ERROR when running

BiocManager::install("hugene10stv1cdf")

I just tried locally and was able to install without issues.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Issue Installing hugene10stv1cdf on R 4.4.2

Dear Bioconductor Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently using R version 4.4.2, and
I have been trying to install the hugene10stv1cdf package (version 2.18.0).
Unfortunately, I keep encountering an error with the message:

installation of package hugene10stv1cdf had non-zero exit status

I have attempted the following steps to resolve the issue:

   1. Installed the package using BiocManager::install("hugene10stv1cdf").
   2. Checked and installed all dependencies.
   3. Tried installing the package from the source.

Despite these efforts, the installation has not been successful. I suspect
there might be a compatibility issue between the package version and the
current version of R I am using.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or recommendations you could
provide on how to resolve this issue. Additionally, if there is an
alternative approach or a different version of the package that might work
with R 4.4.2, please let me know.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
Sadaf Pouladi
