We�re delighted to announce that abstract submissions and registration are now open for the first-ever Galaxy and Bioconductor Community Conference (GBCC2025), taking place June 23-26, 2025, at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York. This joint event will bring together the Galaxy and Bioconductor communities to advance bioinformatics, data science, and open-source software.


Submit your abstract to present your work on cutting-edge bioinformatics tools, methods, and research. Whether you're sharing new software, innovative workflows, or data science insights, we�d love to feature your contributions.
