Subject: [Bioc-devel] Support Site account locked — Cannot reset password or add Watched Tags
Hi Bioconductor Team,
I am the maintainer of the package CrcBiomeScreen.
I am currently unable to log in to the Support Site with my maintainer email.
When I try to log in, I get Invalid password, and when I try to reset the
password, I do not receive any password reset email.
I suspect that my Support Site account is stuck due to a previous GitHub OAuth
login, so my maintainer email cannot be activated properly.
Could you please:
1. unlink or remove the GitHub OAuthbased account associated with my email,
2. activate or reset the Support Site account for my maintainer email, and
3. ensure that I can access the Watched Tags field to add crcbiomescreen.
Maintainer email: ngzh5554 using leeds.ac.uk
Thank you very much for your help!
Many thanks,
Chengxin
