[Bioc-devel] Bump version push error

The release builders report twice a week;  they are in process of building/checking the package with the new version and will report and progagate today (see release package build schedule https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/) which will update the website display to 1.0.4.   Given that it is likely to pass we can not rollback a version number to a lower number as R and Bioc install.packages does not allow this.   The best option is to leave the release version as 1.0.4 and incremement normally moving forward (1.0.5, 1.0.6, etc).

Dear Bioconductor Team,
I made a mistake in the bump version. I pushed 1.0.4 to my release of
BulkSignalR whereas it should have been 1.0.3 . The website always displays
1.0.2 version. So then I tried to push the correct version but it fails.
How to correct this ?
