Dear Maintainers,

Please keep in mind that we are on schedule for our release as given in

https://bioconductor.org/developers/release-schedule/

As of 7 am ET today, (October 29 th 2024) , all branches of all packages in Bioconductor are frozen. We will notify here once we are done with the Release process and when commits can resume.

Once again, you will temporarily not be able to push to the bioconductor git repo. push access will resume after the bump and branch process for release is completed; we highly recommended a pull to sync repos when this is announced

Cheers,

Lori Shepherd - Kern
