We needed to add the new package to our daily manifest. I normally do this process for all accepted packages in a batch once a week (sometimes twice a week). If you look at the issue, it was added and closed yesterday. It will likely appear on today or tomorrows report.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] CatsCradle, recently accepted package

Our package CatsCradle was accepted several days ago and we were told it would now be in the nightly build. Accordingly, we were expecting to see it appear on Bioconductor. The message advised to check that github has my ssh key, which it does. While I have been handling the submission, the package is in my colleague Anna Laddach's github. Both github and Bioconductor have both our keys, but we're wondering if this is the source of the delay. Or is it something else?

Please advise,
Michael
