[Bioc-devel] Package submission- external dependancy

Could you please provide a link to the tool for evaluation? We will take a look to see if it is feasible.

Also note it would be helpful to have an INSTALL file and list the system dependency in your DESCRIPTION as well. http://contributions.bioconductor.org/sysdep.html#sysdep

Would this dependancy make the package eligible for Bioconductor submission?
