You can log on directly to the BiocCredentials account to see if it is pulled automatically (as well as add any keys manually). There is no need to delete the old one unless you want to.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Question regarding new ssh key

Hello all,

I recently opened a new issue in Bioconductor Contributions with my package
TrIdent. I need to push updates but realized that I forgot my ssh key
passphrase! Since I am on Windows, there is unfortunately no way to recover
the passphrase. I made a new ssh key and added it to my GitHub. As I
understand it, Bioconductor pulls the key from my GitHub during the initial
moderation step, how can I make sure the new key is pulled so that I can
push changes? Should I delete the previous key?

Best,
Jessie
