build/check of my package results in errors on nebbiolo1

and palomino7
<https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.19/bioc-LATEST/ramr/palomino7-buildsrc.html>
possibly due a corrupted file in cache. If my understanding is correct,
could you please refresh that file on both hosts?
