We have resolved the issue on our configuration file for access. You should now have access to all four packages: SCBN, MEB, SIMD, and CAEN

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Need help with the maintenance of package SCBN

Dear all,

I am a maintainer of the SCBN package, and I would like to fix the error in the package when I received an email that the SCBN got errors on the Bioconductor devel version. But I had a problem I can access my package (SCBN) but I cannot push the changes.

I checked the command $B!H(Bssh -T git using git.bioconductor.org$B!I(B, and found that I can only access my package SCBN with READ(R) permissions. Because there are four packages (SCBN, MEB, SIMD, and CAEN) that maintained with the same email (2160090406 using email.szu.edu.cn), but with the different user name, the former three packages have the same user name (FocusPaKa), and the last one package CAEN is zhangli1109, which may lead to the conflicts in the system? By the way, I had also received a mail about the error in the CAEN package, and I could access the CAEN and push the changes successfully. I guess that if the email is linked to the user name zhangli1109, so I cannot change the packages that are built by the user name FocusPaka ?

Thank you so much for your help and sorry for the trouble.

Best,

Jiadi Zhu
