[Bioc-devel] change of maintainer for msqrob2

Dear bioconductor team,

We would like to change the maintainer of the msqrob2 package from me, Lieven Clement to the collaborator of the package Stijn Vandenbulcke (vandenbulcke.stijn using gmail.com <mailto:vandenbulcke.stijn using gmail.com>). I also included Stijn in cc to this mail.
