[Bioc-devel] Bioconductor 3.15 is Released!

Hi Matteo,

I’m no bioconda expert, But based on questions to their mailing list and gutter channel,

They need R 4.2.0 to be released by 'conda-forge’ (a different channel they depend on). Once that's done and the CRAN dependencies have been built for R 4.2.0 (1-2 weeks) then they'll start rolling out the new Bioconductor packages.

So you are looking at maybe a 2 week wait time.

Like Lori mentioned, you will get a better more informed response reaching out to the bioconda team.
