I'm still looking into this error on Palomino3 and will follow up when I've figured it out. It is likely an issue with the builder. Thanks for pointing this out and sorry for the delay getting back to you.

Hi,

My package, vissE, is currently passing all tests on all systems except for palomino. The error seems to be created in the vignette when I try to download some external data (error: "SSL connect error"). Is this something wrong on my end or is there some configuration on palomino that prevents data access?
