You need to activate and log into the GitCredentials account. https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/login/?next=/BiocCredentials/
With the email shown above.
You can add keys there to control access. You're GitHub username (lyoussar) is already associated in the credentials account but you could add additionally keys there as well.

Dear maintenairs,

rifi package is hosted in github account as organization and unfortunately
I can not set up a key. You suggested to generate a key with my username
(lyoussar) and log with jens.georg using biologie.uni-freiburg.de (package
maintainer). Would that mean the package will be still hosted on the same
organization with a key generated from another account?
