Congrats to the team on getting everything done. I did notice a handful of
the packages announced in release 3.15 don't seem to have made it though.
For a subset of new packages, links in the official release page take me to
Bioconductor 3.16 (devel) and they don't install using
BiocManager::install('pkgname', version = '3.15'). Obviously two I have a
vested interest in are in this group (extraChIPs and sSNAPPY) but there
seem to be a few others such as as APL, DifferentialRegulation, ompBAM,
terraTCGAdata, vectraPolarisData which are included in the announcement,
but can't be installed. I also noticed that this group were very late
package inclusions having their Github Contributions iIssues closed only 5
or so days ago. Have we missed something in our code, or is this just a
glitch that will resolve in the next day or so?

If it's any help, I did manage a successful install using
BiocManager::install('pkgname', version = '3.16')

Thanks again,

Steve
