With BiocCheck::BiocCheck(), I get this:

Is there any way to compress the html vignettes generated with BiocStyle? I have 3 vignettes. I've seen people suggesting removing vignettes and including them as Wiki pages, but I don't think this is a good idea.

Hi, all.

I am testing my package on Windows, Linux and MacOS with GitHub Actions using biocthis. The package passes all checks with devtools::check(vignettes=FALSE) followed by BiocCheck::BiocCheck(), but when I build the vignettes, it exceeds the maximum package size.

On building with devtools::check(), I get this:

installed size is 10.9Mb     sub-directories of 1Mb or more:       data   3.4Mb       doc    7.0Mb
