Hi Julie,

Lori is correct, it seems you've never activated your account on BiocCredentials which is linked to julie.zhu using umassmed.edu.

Please activate your account, add new SSH keys and you will gain access to your package.

Best,

Nitesh

Are you on a different computer?

You could always create and add additional public keys for your package through the git credentials app.

If you have never activated the account, please activate first:

Subject: [Bioc-devel] credential not recognized when git clone my packages

    Hi all,

I encountered the following error when trying to use git clone or git push for git using git.bioconductor.org:packages/CRISPRseek

    #############################################################################

    git clone git using git.bioconductor.org:packages/CRISPRseek

    Cloning into 'CRISPRseek'...

git using git.bioconductor.org: Permission denied (publickey).

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights

    and the repository exists.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this?

FYI, it worked fine before the Bioc3.12 release.

Thank you very much for your help!

    Best regards,

    Julie
