It depends on what you mean by logo. If you created an image or sticker of some sort with the package name, you are free to change this as Bioconductor does not utilize that information currently on our site or landing pages. There are no restrictions currently for changing a package logo
Again, package name is very difficult and is normally not advisable as the package would need to be deprecated and resubmitted for another review.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Changing package Logo
Hi bioc-devel,
I was wondering if it's possible to change the *logo *of a package after it
has been submitted to Bioconductor. So far, my package logo is used in
my *shiny
app *tab and in the package vignette. My package is to-be submitted for
review in Bioconductor next week.
I know from a previous question in this forum that package name is very
difficult to change as it is connected with Bioconductor metadata. But what
about package logo?
Thanks,
Iason
