Bonjour,

Objet : Re: biomaRt error during nigthly 'devel' build
Dear Ilyess,
The Ensembl BioMart server seems to have been intermittent over the last few days. It looks like both conclus and biomaRt are now building successfully - hopefully it stays that way.
These issues happen occasionally with packages that access internet resources, and it's normally worth waiting a couple of build cycles to see if they clear up on their own. There's nothing you can do to restart the build. There's an automated process managed by the Bioconductor core team, which builds and checks all the Bioconductor packages once every 24 hours. If you or another package developer introduce some changes you have to wait for the following day's report to see their impact.
Best,
Mike

Dear all,
My package has just been accepted but an error occured during the nigthly devel build
Here the report : https://master.bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.13/bioc-LATEST/conclus/
It seems to be a SSL certificate problem relative to biomaRt package and connection timed out to ensembl server.
What can I do and how can I restart the nigthly devel build ?
Ilyess
