I added �Phylogenetics� and �SNP� to BiocViews of my package sitePath in both release and develop version. Wonder if that�s causing the problem. Because �Phylogenetics� is a legit BiocViews so far as I know but was never used before. And changing BiocViews is not �bug fix� update which might break the webpage rendering?



Just want to help you pinpoint the cause and if it is really me, what do I do to help fix it.
