That is because you are not listed as the maintainer of the package in the DESCRIPTION file.
Author: Ariane Schad <ariane.schad at fdm.uni-freiburg.de>, Clemens Kreutz <clemens.kreutz at imbi.uni-freiburg.de>, Eva Brombacher <brombach at imbi.uni-freiburg.de>
Maintainer: Ariane Schad <ariane.schad at fdm.uni-freiburg.de>
I'm cc-ing the maintainer of the package as well. Please let me know if there is an issue with contributing on GitHub and the maintainer syncing the package with Bioconductor.
If you still feel strongly that you want access to the Bioconductor repo, let me know if you have a prior BiocCredentials account and an associated email. If not, I'll have to make one for you.
