Hi Shuyu,
The first SSH key you added in your BiocCredentials account is not a valid SSH key. The rest of your 3 keys seem to be valid, please try to use one of those.
1. Based on your logs, from `ssh -Tv git using git.bioconductor.org` you are not using the keys which you have submitted.
2. I would suggest creating a new key, and then "forcing" the authentication process by using the `-I` flag,
ssh -i </path/new_key> -Tv git using git.bioconductor.org
Or you can use the "config" file in git, http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/faq/ #15. Please follow the instructions in point number 15.
3. To generate a new key, (https://help.github.com/en/enterprise/2.15/user/articles/generating-a-new-ssh-key-and-adding-it-to-the-ssh-agent)
ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 4096 -C "your_email using example.com"
Follow this page, if needed and add your public key to the BiocCredentials app.
Best,
Nitesh
