[Bioc-devel] TIMEOUT and tokay2 require Rmpi

Hi,

See https://github.com/Bioconductor/Contributions/issues/1087#issuecomment-483315908 for why the package has a timeout on malbec2. It's a snow/doSNOW/Rmpi problem.
