[Bioc-devel] Failed to update release 3_7

The  RELEASE_3_7 branch was frozen last monday in preparation for the new 3.8 release occurring on Oct 31.

I'm trying to push changes for Onassis package on RELEASE_3_7 but I got the
following error

Can someone please help me? Is this related to the necessity to develop
with the new R devel version?
