[Bioc-devel] Common Windows build problems for `CountClust` and `Logolas`

Hi,

Two of my packages - CountClust and Logolas - are showing the same error
in Windows build.

http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/Logolas/
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/CountClust/


The problem has been picked up inside the last day as the build seemed OK
yesterday.

The error is not a familiar error to me and wondering what could be the
cause of the problem. Can someone please let me know what the source of the
problem is
and if I can do anything on my end to resolve it?
