This is the last commit I see in the master branch for ChIPSeqSpike:

The most recent commits are not making it to git at git.bioconductor.org<mailto:git at git.bioconductor.org>. At one point you had the workflow down and were able to make commits. You may want to revisit the documentation for troubleshooting tips:
