[Bioc-devel] cannot fetch upstream git

Hello, 
I am having some issues pushing some changes to my package. I am following the steps here:Bioconductor - Sync existing repositories

And at step 3 I get the following:
Permission denied (publickey).fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
I have given my github username to bioconductor.
