Hi Ali,
Please send all these queries to the bioc-devel mailing list. There are other people on the team/developer community who can help you with these questions in the event there is no response from us.
I need more information to check the your package,
git remote -v (so that I can see that your git repo is set up correctly)
What commits are the ones you are expecting to see in the bioconductor git repo?
We have started an RSS feed which is updated every 20 mins, https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2018-January/012577.html. Please follow that if you want to see if your changes are in effect.
