[Bioc-devel] Updates to ExperimentHub and AnnotationHub API

We are excited to have extended the browser API for ExperimentHub and AnnotationHub to allow more resource queries outside of R.  This is a work in progress and we hope to improve efficiency, speed, and organization over the next few weeks.
