[Bioc-devel] Final List of Deprecated Packages for Bioc3.6

Looks like IdMappingRetrieval is also deprecated at the moment. Is the
plan to undeprecate it before the release?

Note that we can't really know what the final list is going to be until
the Oct 24 deadline.
