The release of Bioconductor 3.6 will be Tuesday, October 31. Please see the schedule for details:

Part of preparing for the release is cleaning up the build reports. If you are a package maintainer, please take a look and try to address any problems. Questions about the release or broken packages should be posted to bioc-devel.
