Hi Karim,

Thanks for looking into this. Yes, canceR is all green on today's build report. There was a problem accessing Tcl/Tk files during the canceR build on Dec 9th/10th which (I believe) caused the package to timeout and send you the warning email.

I'm not sure why this happened but it did not repeat itself last night. The builds for tomorrow are just starting up so I'll keep an eye on them. For now you don't need to worry about this.
