Please ignore windows missing dependency ERRORs, as mentioned before, this is do to CRAN package binaries not being available yet.

If the package is building without ERROR on linux and mac you can ignore the windows ERROR.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] last check fails on windows server with not reproducible error

Dear all,

According to the last check, the developer version of the package
pwOmics just fails at the windows server with the following message:

install for i386

ERROR: dependencies 'rBiopaxParser', 'igraph', 'STRINGdb', 'biomaRt' are not available for package 'pwOmics'
* removing 'C:/Users/biocbuild/bbs-3.7-bioc/meat/pwOmics.buildbin-libdir/pwOmics'
In R CMD INSTALL
In R CMD INSTALL

I can't adress this error by myself.
Has anyone an advice for me, how to handle this?

Thank you for all your suggestions.
Best,
Maren Sitte
