[Bioc-devel] Adding a co-maintainer

Hi,

What is a procedure for adding a co-maintainer for a package?
If this person is already a part of the Bioconductor community (by being 
an author of another package), is it enough to add his name and email 
address to the "Maintainer" field in the DESCRIPTION file in my package. 
Will this automatically grant him access to the source code of my 
package in the Bioconductor repositories?
